Dear Mom,

It’s been 53 years since your passing. I know if you were in our company today you would be so proud of Kimo Leads the Way. After all Kimo is my legacy to you, your good nature, kind woman with an amazing sense of humor. Everyone loved you for your spontaneity, talent and especially your love for your twin daughters.

Kimo is my way of helping children and their families be able to do something to help keep hope and encouragement while undergoing all the challenges of dealing with a serious medical condition. I did not have anyone to speak with when you were so sick. I didn’t know what to do for you to help you feel better or to change your thinking to seeing yourself well.

Now, in your honor similar situations can be gently dealt with when you just don’t know what to do or help upon hearing of family and friends challenging times. Give them a handsome Kimo to remind them everything will work out along with the booklet of positive affirmations. It’s at least doing something when you don’t know what to say or do.

Mom, we are now affiliated with American Cancer Society, Candle-lighters, Make A Wish Foundation of So. NV, Miracle Flights, So. Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, and the Ronald McDonald House. All because of you over 300 families have received Kimo and the booklet to help make their circumstances better.

I love you, happy birthday to you Mom in heaven.
